LAFAYETTE, IND. – The Arts Federation (TAF) has announced it has awarded $350,589 in American Rescue Plan (ARP) funds to 39 organizations in north central Indiana. These funds provide economic relief to the arts and culture sector by offering funding to support operations and programming.

In late 2021, TAF had announced it was awarded $500,000 by the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) for re-granting to peer organizations and individual artists in Benton, Carroll, Cass, Clinton, Fountain, Howard, Jasper, Newton, Montgomery, Pulaski, Tippecanoe, Tipton, Warren, and White Counties. The following organizations received funding through the NEA ARP grants administered by TAF:

"The National Endowment for the Arts’ American Rescue Plan funding will help arts organizations rebuild and reopen,” said Dr. Maria Rosario Jackson, chair of the NEA. “The arts are crucial to helping America’s communities heal, unite, and inspire as well as essential to our nation’s economic recovery.”
